Linda is a writer, artist-curator and researcher whose work bridges art and international relations.
Her decades-long integration of art and international relations has centered on soft power and large-scale exhibitions in cultural and political contexts. She previously worked at the RAND Corporation in Santa Monica, directed a contemporary art gallery in Los Angeles, and lobbied at the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva, helping to secure the adoption of a human rights resolution.
She holds a BA in International Relations and a Master's in Public Art Studies from the University of Southern California.
She is also the author of Horse Punk, a novel rooted in Southern California youth subculture, animal agency and artistic resistance.
